What loan programs do you offer?
Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, refinance and cash-out refinance, non-QM and bank statement programs, reverse mortgages, foreign national loans and commercial financing. Ask about your specific situation.
What areas do you serve?
Texas. The office is in Arlington, with a Dallas location, and Lisamarie works purchases and refinances across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and the rest of the state.
How long have you been doing this?
Lisamarie has been a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 2017.
How do I verify your license?
Lisamarie Eljada (NMLS #1401810) and Integrity Home Lending, LLC (Company NMLS #2398756) can both be verified through NMLS Consumer Access, the public license lookup for the industry.
Can I apply in Spanish?
Yes. The secure application is available in English and Spanish.
Is this a commitment to lend?
No. Information on this site is for general information only, is not a commitment to lend or extend credit, and all loans are subject to credit approval.
Do I need a pre-approval before I look at homes?
It is strongly recommended. A pre-approval tells you what price range is realistic and makes your offer credible to a seller’s agent.
Can I really buy with nothing down?
Often, yes. VA financing requires no down payment for eligible borrowers, and USDA allows 0% down on eligible properties. Eligibility is confirmed on your file and on the specific address.
How accurate is the payment calculator?
It is an estimate. It models principal and interest exactly and lets you add taxes, insurance, HOA and mortgage insurance as your own inputs. Texas property tax rates vary a lot by county, so adjust that field for yours. Actual rates and payments depend on credit approval and current market pricing.
